1. Product presentation
The garments offered for sale on this website are handcrafted, semi-bespoke creations by Cassandre Rollet, in her workshop located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in Ardèche (France).
Traditional craftsmanship, 100% handmade
Each Maison Rollet garment is designed, patterned, cut, and sewn by hand in our workshop in Ardèche.
Our creative process:
Creation of the basic pattern by hand (no industrialization),
1.Testing the model on canvas to validate the cut and fit,
2.Adapting the model to the measurements provided by the customer,
3.Cutting the fabric by hand, ensuring perfect placement,
4.Assembling the garment by hand and machine, with high-end finishes.
No step is automated. Each piece is made to order, with respect, care, and precision.

2. Materials and quality
At Maison Rollet, every garment is made from 100% natural and ethical fabrics, guaranteed free of synthetic fibers.
We work exclusively with Reda, a prestigious Italian manufacturer of merino wool, which is fully traceable—from fleece to finished fabric.
Since 1865, Reda has woven its entire production in Italy, in its own workshops:
The fleece is combed at Pettinatura di Romagnano (province of Novara),
then dyed, spun, woven, and finished at the historic factory in Valle Mosso (Biella, Italy).
Each step is controlled with artisanal precision, guaranteeing pure, soft, durable, stable wool that is kind to the skin and the planet.

3. Made-to-measure
The garments are tailored to the measurements provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Each creation is unique and crafted according to the dimensions indicated in the form provided for this purpose.
An explanatory video and/or written instructions are provided to ensure that measurements are taken correctly.
⚠️ Liability clause: In the event of an error or inaccuracy in the measurements provided, Maison Rollet cannot be held responsible for any poor fit of the garment.
No exchanges or refunds will be granted for this reason.
4. Manufacturing and delivery times
Each piece is made to order, by hand, in our workshop located in Ardèche. Manufacturing times vary between 3 and 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the model and the time of year.
Personalized tracking of your creation
Because each Maison Rollet garment is unique, throughout the design process you will receive:
regular emails,
accompanied by photos or explanations illustrating the different stages of production.
This will allow you to follow the creation of your model remotely, from the initial sketch to the finishing touches.
📦 Shipping is via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, with free delivery in France. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
5. Prices
The prices listed on the website are in euros and include tax.
Shipping costs are included.
Maison Rollet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, via the methods offered by Shopify: credit card, PayPal, etc.
The order is considered confirmed once full payment has been made.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
However, this right does not apply to products made to custom specifications (Art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), such as semi-bespoke clothing.
⚠️ For the sake of transparency and trust, Maison Rollet nevertheless accepts returns within 14 days, subject to the following conditions:
The garment must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
A request must be made by email before any return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Disputes and mediation
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing this, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator (contact details to follow).
Any dispute shall be governed by French law.
